Cross Country Summer Schedule

 
 
 

2018 Laker Cross-Country


Beginning Monday, August 6, 2018, practice will be Monday – Friday from 9:30a.m. to 10:30a.m. at Eastlake Middle School.


Remember to bring water!!


***Must have physical and emergency forms in BEFORE you can practice. Both can be found on the Eastlake Middle Athletic site. http://www.weschools.org/LakersSportsPage.aspx

The physical form (OHSAA Physical Form link) must be printed and handed in. The emergency forms (Final Forms link) are to be completed online.

Summer Training: Try to follow the training calendar! Be sure to log your workouts. Please be honest. It will help with where you start in the Fall. Summer training is important because our first meet is August 28, 2018 SO BE READY!!
