Welcome to the 2017 Laker Cross-Country team!

Beginning Monday, August 7, 2017, practice will be Monday – Friday from 9:30a.m. to 10:30a.m. at Eastlake Middle School.
Remember to bring water!!

***Remember: When training for any kind of physical activity, it is important to have the proper equipment. For runners, that consists of a pair of running shoes. Do not wear basketball or other types of leather shoes. Proper running shoes will prevent injuries!

The goal of Cross Country is to compete with YOURSELF! Improving every week is what you should strive towards!

Summer Training: Try to run a minimum of 25 minutes, three to four times per week. Increase as the summer goes on. Complete the log form and turn in the first day of practice. If you need another log form click on the blue link to the right of this page.
Summer training is important because our first meet is August 29, 2017 SO BE READY!!
