The South Library is maintained by Ms. Pharis.  The library is open to students throughout the school day during studyhalls and lunches, as long as it not in use by a class at that current time.  Students need to acquire a pass before entering the library, either from a studyhall teacher or Ms. Pharis herself.  The library will not be open during Ms. Pharis's lunch.
