Our Flexible programs mean that your Child’s before and after care child care can change with your schedule. Changes
in your Child's schedule must be communicated
as soon as possible and in advance in order to receive adjustments for less use
. The Deadline for receiving
adjustments due to schedule changes, is Friday at 6:00pm
, the week before services are needed
. This will allow us to schedule staff, programming and snacks accordingly.
The hours of operation in the morning are two hours before school begins and our program ends at 6:00pm daily.
Full time Child Care Programs & pricing options follow
· Full Time Morning & After School Care - $80/week
· Full Time morning care - $32/week
· Full Time after school care - $48/week
Part Time Child Care Programs & pricing options follow
o Morning 1 hour, 4 or 5 days a week - $16/week
o Morning 1, 2 or 3 days a week $19/week – drop off when open
o After School – 1 hour, 4 or 5 days a week - $18/week (includes healthy snack) Pick up by 4:00pm
o After school – 2 hours, 4 or 5 days a week $3
2/week (includes healthy snack) Pick up by 5:00pm
o After school – 1, 2 or 3 days a week $30/week (includes healthy snack) Pick up by 6:00pm
The part time programs are based on 1, 2 or 3 days a week with flexible pick up times and pricing. No adjustments in billing can be made for schedule changes communicated not communicated in advance. Full time programs are based on 4 or 5 days a week. The Y reserves the right to adjust for Calamity days.
Children will be accepted into the Child Care Program based on number of staff at each site, the group sizes, and completed paperwork. Past due balances must be paid in full before families will be allowed to register. Families with past due balances will only be allowed to participate in the coming year if they choose automatic withdrawal from an EFT, Debit or Credit Card.
Registration can be turned into your child care site or the West End Y as soon as you have completed all necessary paperwork. Enrollment will be granted in order received. Actual registration will occur in June. You will receive a confirmation email, or phone call
that your child has been enrolled.
This is when you will need to pay the annual registration fee (waived for Y members) and set up automatic withdrawal. Registration Confirmation will occur in June.

JFS Child Enrollment – 3 pages
· The Child Medical Physical Care Plan form only needs to be filled out if you answered YES to any of the specific questions on page 2 of the JFS Child Enrollment form.
· The JFS Request for Administration of Medication form is required for the use of any medication your child is bringing to the program, including epi-pens and inhalers.
a. Parents are responsible to “train” and sign off on the Child Care Plan, regarding child’s medical condition. This form must be completed before the child’s first day in the program.
· Routine Field Trip Form – allows your child to walk through the school building
