Transition Planning Meetings are designed to explore and identify the hopes your child and you have for him/her in regard to work, personal living situation, and learning beyond high school and to design a plan to promote student movement toward achieving those personal goals. You will learn about your role in the transition planning process, others who should be included in these meetings and their roles.
