If your Child will need Before and or After School Child Care please register for Y-CARE as follows:

· Click on the Child Care (YMCA) tab on the left of this, your elementary school web page

· Stop up at the West End YMCA front desk, 37100 Euclid Ave, Willoughby to pick up Registration Forms – please return completed forms to West End Y

· Email Child Care Director, Pattie Ritt, [email protected]

· Call the West End Y, Business office 440-946-1160

Deadline for registration is Friday, July 22^nd. Any children registered after this date will be placed on a waiting list. Spots will open based on enrollment in each Y-School Aged Child Care Program.
