At TJ, we encourage all of our K-5 students
to utilize Compass Learning at home. This is in addition to being a
supplemental resource here at school. Compass Learning Odyssey is a
web-based curriculum and assessment software based on research and the Common
Core Standards. This program includes
powerful summative and formative assessment tools that measure progress and
prescribe individualized learning paths for each student.
You can access this
resource from home by going to our district website (home page) and clicking on
the STUDENTS link along the top of the page. Next, scroll down the left hand
menu and click on COMPASS. You can also access the
website
at https://www.thelearningodyssey.com/.
Students will then enter the following: 1) User Name
- Student ID number (5-digit). Example: 55001 /
2) Password - Student ID number plus first initial of first and
last name (no spaces, initials are upper case). Example: 55001TH 3) School - Type in JeffersonES (no spaces and exactly as shown).
