Steps and Frequently Asked Questions

Create an Account:

If you've never completed an online form with InfoSnap, you will need to create an InfoSnap Account. This allows you to securely save your work and come back at a later time if necessary. If you already have an account with Willoughby-Eastlake City Schools, you can sign in and complete the form using the same account; however each child will have a unique snapcode. Forms for multiple children can be completed using the same account.

I don’t have an email address:

  1. You will need to create an email address before creating an account. This is a quick, easy, and free process.
  2. Click either one of these links and they will take you to a page where you can create your email address. Google email or Yahoo email creation.
  3. Once you have created an email address simply follow the directions on the “Create an Account” page.

 

Review and update information:

Review the Introduction page and click “Next >” to enter forms.

The forms are pre-populated with information on file in our system.

Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.

Use the “< Prev” or “Next >” buttons to move between pages.

Clicking “Next->” on the final page will take you to the Review & Submit page.

What if I make a mistake?

If you would like to make a change, prior to submitting the form, you can navigate back to the page using the "< Prev" or "Next >" buttons. If you are on the Review page, click on the underlined field. If you have already submitted the form, you will need to contact your child's school so the secretarial staff can make the changes for you.

Completing the form:

Once you have finished reviewing and updating your information, click "Submit." This will send all of the information you've entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button, please review your child’s information as you need to make sure that you have answered all REQUIRED questions.

Submission Confirmation:

On the Submission Confirmation page, you may choose to print a copy of the submitted form.

What if I have more than one child in the district? Do I need to do this for each child?

Yes, because you'll need to provide information that is specific to each child. We recommend that you complete and submit one form and then start another - this will allow you to "snap" (or share) selected family information, which saves you time.
