Medication Administration

The medication policy complies with state guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all students requiring medication in school. Medications must be supplied by the parent, transported to and from school by the parent, and be in a properly labeled container.

Medications will not be administered without the necessary and completed paperwork. Students are not permitted to carry medications or administer medications to themselves without parent/physician written approval; those students caught in violation of this policy are subject to discipline. See Student Handbook for further information.
