School Fees

School fees are charged for consumable items. Consumable items are materials that students use each year and have to be replaced annually. Examples of consumable items that can only be used once by a student would be workbooks, learning magazine subscriptions, and course supplies for science or art. Another example of a consumable is an item that cannot be shared among students, an item that can only be used by one student and they will keep the item, such as a pair of headphones or a novel. In addition, technology fees are a type of consumable fee.

Co-curricular activity fees are paid to support student participation in activities such as sports, music, band or drama.

School fees are approved annually by the Board of Education. Parents will receive a fee statement in the fall, usually in September or October, along with options for payment.

School fees can be paid by cash or check at the school, or via our online payment system, RevTrak. RevTrak provides a secure and convenient online platform for managing all of your school payments in one place, including cafeteria funds. You'll be able to easily make deposits, view payment history, and set up automatic payments.

Fee Waivers

Fee waivers may be available for families who qualify based on income. To determine if you qualify for a fee waiver, you must complete and submit the Household Income Form.

Please note that you do not have to complete the form for free/reduced breakfast and lunch. All students in the district are eligible to have a free breakfast and lunch daily. The Household Income Form is required if you want to determine eligibility for a fee waiver for school fees.

See Resources for the Household Income Form, as well as information about the School Food Program.
