Willoughby-Eastlake City Schools Department of Workforce Development envisions a future where all students engage in hands-on, career-connected learning that equips them with the knowledge, confidence, and competencies to thrive in high-demand, high-wage pathways. By integrating immersive exploration, industry partnerships, and personalized learning experiences, we aim to build a talent pipeline that meets the evolving needs of our region and reflects the diverse aspirations and passions of our students.
