Clever allows students to access their online programs and resources from one main page. This prevents them from having to access and login into many different websites and manage different logins and passwords

Many organizations in our community host family friendly activities, including recreational sports, for Willoughby-Eastlake youth. Check here frequently for updated flyers from approved organizations.

We are fortunate to have access to many organizations that provide services and resources for families in our community. A wide range of services are available for students and the whole family.

Our district is a participant in a federal program that makes free breakfast and lunch available for any student. Students may also bring their own lunch and purchase additional items. Information and menus are available here.

MyPowerHub is a centralized platform that serves as the parent's access to PowerSchool and makes communication seamless between home and school. It is accessible via an app and a website.

The SafeArrival phone number is how parents can report a student's absence. The same number works for every student, every school. This saves time and improves communication when students need to be absent.

School Fees are assessed at the beginning of the school year. Payments can be made by logging into MyPowerHub.

School Messenger is used to send out mass notifications via phone, email, and text message. It is used to notify parents of general anouncements, when school is closed, and in emergencies. Ensure your contact information is up-to-date.

Schoology is our Learning Management Platform. Teachers share assignments with students, students submit their work for review, and grades are accessible. Students easily see when assignments are due to stay on track with their schoolwork.

Bus transportation is contracted through Petermann. The Bus Zone app is available to help parents stay informed about the arrival of your child's bus. Important forms are also on the website.

LakeTran offers free bus service for high school students and attendees in our adult programs at Willoughby-Eastlake City Schools. Parents must register their student. The service is available year round.

The West End YMCA provides before and after school care for K-5 elementary students. Registration and payment for services is coordinated directly through the YMCA.
