Dear Parents/Guardians:
Due to the continuing COVID-19 crisis, parents have an option to select Virtual Learning or Brick and Mortar In-Person learning for the second semester, through the end of the current school year.
We expect to return to in-person learning on January 19, 2021, depending on current COVID-19 data. Your choice of virtual learning or brick and mortar learning for your child(ren) will remain in effect through the end of the current school year.
Please review the information on the Google Form carefully before submitting the form.
This form does not apply to all families so please read the directions to see if it pertains to your situation.
