Summer Reading Program 2016 for PreK-12

The Willoughby-Eastlake City Schools has partnered with the Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library for our summer reading program! We encourage all students to take advantage of the programs offered through your local branch. There is something for everyone from preschool through adults. In addition to having fun with books, you can win prizes! How do you get started? EASTLAKE BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT
 Students from North High Art IV have completed a beautification project on the corner of Erie Road and Lakeshore Boulevard in Eastlake.  In an effort to give back to their community, Lauren Forney, Julia Janik, Alyssa Mumaw, Travis Picquet, Alexis Rubertino, Mackenzie Skorich, Alicia Telzerow, Jacob Vohnout, Nicholas Wright and Briana White began with blank sheets of plywood and created a vision for the project.   
 
Royalview Students Dedicate a K-9 Memorial
 On Tuesday, May 17, 2016, the students at Royalview Elementary, Willowick’s K-9 officer and local law enforcement officers dedicated a memorial honoring seventeen service dogs that have worked with numerous Lake County law enforcement agencies.
