The Success Academy is an educational environment modeled to inspire learning in students who are not typically motivated in a traditional classroom setting. The program began in August 2015 and is currently housed at the Northern Career Institute, Willoughby Campus, just West of Rt. 91 on Euclid Avenue in Willoughby. The goal of this program is to ensure that all students, upon graduation, are ready for college and career success with the skills necessary to grow the local economy.
