Open mats Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 p.m
Pre- season conditioning and lifting Monday and Wednesday after school 2:30 starting October 6th.
Mandatory conditioning starting Monday November 3rd
*Be prepared to work hard and bring appropriate apparel for running and lifting indoors and outdoor.
Jordan camp november 7th- 9th cost $195 (reduced when parents work bingo)
