NESS Autism AwareNESS Dance A Thon

NESS 2024

EMS NESS 2024

On April 20, 2024, Eastlake Middle School will be holding our 13th annual Autism AwareNESS and Acceptance Dance, also known as NESS. NESS is a twelve hour dance marathon to raise awareness and support for the autism community. The dance marathon will last from noon until midnight.

During our dance marathon, the NESS dancers make an important commitment for 12 hours in order to make the statement that people who need our help mean enough to us that we choose to struggle for them.  NESS has already raised over $143,000 in past years!

Morale Team Information:

NESS 2024 is going to be great, but we will need family members to help make this happen. On April 20th, during the dance marathon, our dancers will begin to feel worn-out, tired, thirsty, and in need of bathroom breaks. We support our dancers by bringing in a support team - our Morale Team. Morale Team’s purpose is to encourage the dancers to make it through the twelve hours. Included in this packet is a list of morale responsibilities for family members to sign up for. Family members can sign up for a time slot using the link on the EMS website.
