Pre-Hire Session

The Pre-Hire Session is one of the final steps to becoming an employee of the Willoughby-Eastlake City School District. You will be invited to a Pre-Hire Session by your Human Resources Assistant to complete your HR paperwork.


What do I need to bring?

  • Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, or Passport
  • Driver’s License 
  • Transcripts, HQT documentation, HS Diplomas, or ParaPro assessment scores (must be received by HR to confirm your employment with the district.)
  • Official Service Records (optional, but recommended if you have them available)
  • Check or cash (exact amount) of $25.25 for FBI, $22.00 for BCI or $47.25 for both background checks
