Business owners, managers and employees attended a joint Business Roundtable hosted by the Western Willoughby Lake County Chamber of Commerce and the school district. The discussions centered around how we can better prepare high school graduates for the local workforce. With commitment from these stakeholders, we can make sure every student in our community graduates ready for their post-secondary experience, whether that is direct employment, college, military enrollment or further study in a trade industry.
