Welcome to the Willoughby-Eastlake City School District. Our doors were first opened to students in 1829 and, since that time, we have undergone many changes. The District serves approximately 7,200 students and is one of the largest in Lake County, spanning the communities of Eastlake, Lakeline, Timberlake, Waite Hill, Willowick, Willoughby and Willoughby Hills. We are committed to being a professional learning community and work daily to provide our students with unprecedented  educational opportunities so that our students are prepared for college, career and life upon graduation. During the next school year, the district is committed to listening to stakeholders, learning about the successes and challenges, connecting with the community, staff and families and collaborating in order to build the capacity to move the district into the future.
